At the University of Colorado at Denver I have taught various graduate and
undergraduate courses:
Around the world I have taught numerous short courses and tutorials on Linguistic Geometry (LG), a
topic of my current research. While these courses and tutorials on LG have
usually been taught in a classic fashion of straight lecturing, my regular
courses are taught in a different manner. My classes are highly interactive and
my teaching style is Socratic. Students' comments about my courses and
teaching style confirm their appreciation of my teaching. The most exciting part
of teaching for me is an opportunity to integrate my teaching and research, to
teach my research and to learn from my students.
